Kim makes up all sorts of nonsense so he can get paid without actually delivering anything. So nothing has been delivered as of yet (which was also verified in the latest 10K and a lack of a PR), but they have been paid for "partial performance

So in one breath you stare Kim has delivered nothing and has been paid for "performance"

But in the prior breath you state...

The Army didn't pay KBLB for research. They paid them for specific products. 

Is it partial performance or specific products?

Maybe its partial products?... or specific performance?

Or is this a case of "it doesnt matter, everything is bad"
