GM fat cats, the public, and Trump bear blame for the GM layoffs. A focus on profit and public thirst for SUV's are also part of the GM problem. Of course, Trump's disruptive tariffs also contribute to the angst and hardship. It just so happens i have one on tab i was thinking of posting today which now complements your cartoon.
