Frank has been spouting off about becoming SEC compliant for years. He once touted being in the process of completing a "Super 10-K" to gain compliance but nothing ever came of it.
Looking at how far he's come in getting SANP compliant is telling. He's fallen well short and apparently has given up on the quest. Like so many business ventures he's started.
