Offhand I would say the will be as stated... public shares. You will owe taxes I imagine on the "dividend". Ya know the Government wll come to pick your pockets at the earliest possible point. I hope they don't turn out to be warrents.

Read the PR. It states they would be free trading. But i guess that could change.
