Is SHMP stair-stepping up?

Here's my "Big Picture" take on recent SHMP activity.

On 11/15, 5MA crossed above 30MA.  On 11/27, price bottomed and rebounded spectacularly.  If 5MA stays above 30MA, SHMP could stair-step up to next jump and today's pop and fall creates an opportunity for new longs to enter position for the next jump.
