generally value should be at least book value as a low. others say a multiple of earnings.
I can't tell you what book value is because financials are needed.

5 times earnings of 1,000,000 (the contract alluded to) would be 5 mil divided by 100 mil shares or .05.

these are both the very lowest of the low calculations so anything below a nickle is theoretically a steal.

But, this is the pinkies where dilution will kill. we will see. im in for 500k
