118,000,000. SHARES PRE-REVERSE SPLIT
9,800,000 POST-REVERSE SPLIT.

NOW AN ADDITIONAL 38,000,000 SHARES COME OUT OF NOWHERE...33,000,000 TO MANAGEMENT...WHAT A CROCK!!!

AND THEN TO HAVE A 504 OFFERING ON 09/21/06 FOR 1,454,545 SHARES THAT RAISES $40,000...YES I'M AFRAID HE SOLD THESE @ $0.0275 POST-REVERSE SPLIT!!!

THEY SHOULD THROW THEM ALL IN JAIL...OR AT LEAST HANG THEM BY THEIR TESTICLES.

The only positive here is that the shares are "restricted"... so they cannot come flooding into the market. That being said, I do not know the specifics of the restriction.

Solid... can you communicate with your pal and get him to provide some semblance of an explanation for the 33 million shares he and the board awarded themselves? I know they have not been receiving salaries and have been financing the company out of pocket... but holy cow!!!!

JB.... you CAN'T issue 33 friggin million shares and not say anything about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's close to 400 million pre R/S!!!!!!!!!

Solidg, why do you think I was cheering so loudly for PYPR? If this goes where I am thinking, it will negate ANY and ALL net lost monies on all pinkies I have been in combined and give me mucho profits to boot!

Hey Turp, I share your sentiment. while I hold a glimmer of hope about this thing, I have, over some sleepless nights, pretty much written it off. 60K is a lot to a public school teacher, and I am sure there are many I told ya sos out there. But it was my frickin money, and it seemed like the odds were good for rolling the dice on this one for great returns. Well, I got my ass handed to me. I played and lost, but Hanks did say, I lost the love of my life but I have to keep breathing. Well, I too have to keep breathing, as do you all. Lloyd.
