No speculation at all. KBLB distinctly and directly stated that they made a "roll" in their PR. KBLB has never mentioned the word "bolt" in ANY of its PRs. Usage of the word "bolt" is for pumping purposes. If someone is going to claim that they made a bolt, then they might was well go back to saying that KBLB is creating tons of silk and storing it in a secret location. LOL.

KBLB delivered shootpack panels to the Army (which was more than just fiber):
