If its an LOI of Merger intent with ADTM it will run (not saying it is), because LOI would make sense right now since they cant file it because ADTM is not yet current status.
Stocks run on LOI's, ya its more of a pump an dump but who cares. It will sustain gains after ADTM current and can file proper paperwork with SEC.
