Right now, I see there are over 2 million shares of DGAZ available to short, and that rule 201 is in effect until the 19th. I believe one reason DGAZ is underperforming so badly (not even close to -3x today) is ongoing short interest. Therefore, I went long DGAZ today...hoping for a pop. If not, I'm hedged against a total collapse of the notes
