Except many of us found that website months ago and can't find any actually ties to QMC. Assam is on the other side of the country from Arise and not even remotely affiliated with Assam or AMTRON that we could find.
It appears that Arise may have initially been considered as a partner for QMC based on the amount of data on their website, but wasn't formally pursued or AMRTRON won over QMC.
