ice, the web site sucks...its coding is wrong, it is done to the point that Google thinks its spam...it plain and simple was done cheap and that's why we don't have 10K to 15K signing up each month..
ice, and what is really bad is that the company is spending millions on ads to get them to the web site and they just go away....with out signing up..why??? because the homepage doesn't tell them to sign up....it just explains on and on the so called benefits of being a member....by that time the potential sub has lost the interest to sign up....Hell...just look at www.netflix.com and see the difference..
