That's exactly it a previous officer of the company(not most recent) who has been trying to get info on sntl from various people. A person who is in dire financial distress that was confirmed from a few sources (background check, Private Investigator...) The only question is how many shares does this person have left? And also how this person acquired these shares!

I'm guessing this one, and it does explain something to me .altough at level 2 I saw different MM sold
