Yup. I am very much aware of the dillution. This stock has been heading downhill ever since the announcement of the increase in authorized shares. That caused panic. It'd be nice if the dillution was done only a little at a time so the price would stay higher and therefore in the end, they wouldn't need to dillute so much since they'd get more per share. I know it's going to go up again. But the question is when? I wanted to wait until the CC deal closed and hoped for some kind of PR about its success. But I'm thinking there won't be anything like that to give me a good opt-out.
