Hummert, if you can't see the obvious, the flippers, daytraders, mm's are all in the same category.
The technicals, are drawn from data, future projections are made from past data. MM's use the data to play their games.

If a bounce happens, it will test the ma20, at 0.13.. the green line. The BLUE LINE ema4 and RED LINE ema 8 if you notice, have very much controlled the pps throughout the history of this stock EVERYDAY, and will cntrol it in future too.

You talked about the 0.08, see that time period, and notice not once did the pps deviate from those two lines.

MM's play to the technicals, unless some event causes a shift, but once again, they always bring the pps back to these two lines.
