IPRE. I AM NOT pushing AUGC.

In fact, I started out with more enthusiasm about the stock a few months back, but clearly, the fundamentals have changed in the meantime.

The markets are dynamic, and we all need to continuously update our files, and re-evaluate our investment in light of current reality, not the past.

I continue to post the L2s on the board, but you have read my recent posts on the board. They are subdued and cautious. I am glad that MJ recently put out an update to investors. I think that was long overdue. However, I am not thrilled about the increase of the AS to 20BN. He will no doubt dilute up this number, therefore ensuring there will be a RS down the road. That's clear to me, at least.

When I first bought AUGC shares, the OS was around 4BN, fwiw.

Everyone needs to keep their eyes wide open, esp. at the sub-penny, triple-zero level.

At the low triple zeros, you are picking through the cut-out bargain bin of the equities market. It's like trying to find a Van Gogh at a garage sale for .10c. Just because there are a few reports of it happening, does not mean the odds are in your favor.

Toxic financing and heavy dilution are just the beginning of the hurdles these companies have to overcome.

That is why, from the beginning, I have said AUGC IS A LOTTO PIC.

Just like an empty shell play, these stocks have a high upside potential, but it is all unrealized potential. They also have a tremendous downside potential as well. Don't get starry eyed about possible 100X gains. Incidents of 100 baggers are very very rare. More likely, these stocks will turn into SMMW, DDSI or another triple zero one without a bid. Invest only what you could afford to lose, or what you can afford to ignore for many months, until that possible run begins.

Dreams of 100 baggers, plus the very cheap entry price are exactly what lead people to invest way too much in these stocks.

Cheap, however, does not mean good. The fact you can buy millions of shares for pennies means nothing. Some things are not a bargain at any price.

Honestly, I will probably never buy another triple zero. AUGC was the first in a while, and my lotto pic for September. What I got for my trouble was being attacked by a well known AUGC critic, and losing a fair amount of money. I wish I had made money, but there is not enough gain to compensate me for this kind of headache. I no longer want to get involved defending people I don't know, or companies I have never visited in person. However, AUGC is grandfathered into my portfolio, so I follow it.

If the stock crosses the .0003 mark, I may add more. But first I want to see it cross that hurdle, and maintain the close for a few weeks. I'll take the risk of losing that first ride from .0001 to .0003.

I am being as blunt as I can about this, IPRE. Your investing decision is your own, and respect it. But please don't say that I endorsed it.

IPRE I truly hope you sell AUGC for .0003, even more. I would like you to get your entire investment back, plus a profit if possible for the time you have invested.

The rest, you know how I feel.
