You can't compare it to other companies as every entity has less/more things to get in order for FINRA.

When you think that everything was submitted that they asked for, FINRA comes back and asks for additional stuff that was not previously requested.

It is a time consuming process where it costs more time than most people/companies think.

Based on the PR beginning of September they were planning to start up the process with FINRA. It is now mid November.

It will come through. The question of when is one that nobody can answer.
