What a bizarre statement. So no conversations at the shareholders meeting where numerous questions of clarification were asked, or any questions via the phone or in person to clarify issues, or accomplishments, or any meetings with the whole board of directors and most of the employees would be of any benefit to see what the market looks like, and how the technology might overcome the problems facing the industry, or what obstacles Rim may face, or what the typical cost of producing an ASIC, or what the competition is doing, or ......hundreds of other non-material issues could possibly give anyone more information than you have because it would be illegal?
I guess it is no wonder you have come to the conclusions you have.
I guess you didn't know that only material inside information is illegal. Just because information has not been made public does not mean it is material.
