Yes, many shares were reloaded at .0007 that flippers will dump into the next attempted run higher. That's the was this stock trades and has traded for the last 6 months or so.
Those buying on the dips and selling into the runs are the only ones making money here. Those that have held on the runs has found themselves holding their shares as it dips back into the triple zeroes each time. This has been a good stock for flipping but a disaster for long term holds,
