Most public companies will disclose terms of big deals such as a sales contract, an acquisition, etc, but HEMP literally never disclosed any terms ie the Medford deal, or any deal for that matter.
If I held HEMP shares I would like to know what the company paid in stock and/or cash for the deal.
Facebook videos are great, but if Spruce took a majority interest with 2 billion shares I might question whether this is a good use of my shareholder money regardless how funny the Facebook videos are or not.
Isn't that the purpose of investing in a public company?
Or would I just need to trust that a convicted felon under SEC investigation is doing well with the money I invested?
