For Trump to pull this crap while he's abroad makes me wonder if he plans to run for re-election in 2020...Sure he'd get his usual 35% red-hat support, but maybe - just maybe - there are one or two red hats who are fed up with Trump embarrassing the U.S.
He's afraid to go out in public when its raining because of that hiatus with him, Melania and the umbrella. A coward in the face of the enemy and the weather.
