If TCA*Cresent thought this case was a clear cut win, then explain why they are in hiding, delaying the case and purposely avoiding IHSI's attorney, law enforcement and the court system?
Beyond not doing themselves any favors by avoiding all the legal-eagles and LE, TCA has already established a precedence of screwing over many other of their lending clientele by stopping funds after the initial $500K. I don't think this precedent is going to sit too well, with members of the court no matter how deep TCA's pockets are. Just my humble opinion...
