Quote: " IMO, no Estate trust assets have been turned over to COOP in the 3rd. Quarter."

Kindly explain why COOP would be entitled to any WMI estate assets? This is one of the most foolish claims being made on this board.

Do you still believe in WAMU assets returning to COOP after COOP IR spent hours with you explaining and clarifying that COOP has nothing to do with WAMU assets? Do you think that IR take risks by lying in public? Denying in public is quite different from simply stay quiet and not answer questions from shareholders, and they chose to deny in public instead of remaining silent.

Now putting the legality aside, I am scratching my head trying to understand why so many people want WAMU assets to be returned to COOP instead of being liquidated at the highest price and we will get cash instead of shares of a stock that does not seem to do too well?

The only explanation I can have is that some people didn't buy enough WAMU shares in the old days and have very little escrow. This is unfortunate but you cannot turn back the clock nor dream about impossible scenario for the future.

We simply need to move on and take steps to fix bad investment decisions from the past. We all have made mistakes.

We are done with Halloween, merger, R/S, name change, earnings, 10Q and soon Thanksgiving, and there is no sign of WAMU assets returning to COOP anywhere. It is time to accept the reality and move on.
