HUMMM finding out details on warrants tough in USA - In canada I have a link.

anyway some are saying the strike price is 5 and teh stock is at 5,28 making the warrants worth .28 - Ithers are saying they are worthless.

Something aint right because if the stock was 5.28 why were the warrants trading at .001 - they normally trade above their intrinsic value due to the leverage they offer.
