DMCENG

Ya know I was talking to another poster today, so in reference to your post """BR get off your Kester already!""" I'll post this in response!

I guess ALL or most here have missed a very important point and that is

BRIAN BOBVIOULSY has gotten off his KESTER and HAS put the HURRY UP on this whole thing.

The employee claims court date WAS scheduled for MARCH 2019!!!!!!!!!!! YET it was moved up several months
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Does anyone have any guesses as to why???????

I do, 2018 is the 10th yr of this receivership!
Not that there is truly a required time period for the FDIC to resolve things BUT, as far a negotiated settlements(5th taking ect) and the time frame by which one would be required to complete their agreed upon actions to complete that agreement,THERE WOULD BE!!!!!!!!!!

MY WAG is that SUSMAN in his negotiations WOULD HAVE had a start date and certainly and end date for those involved to perform their required actions!

All contracts have a start date and a required end date to be adhered to or they all would just go on forever........

2008-2018 IS IS IS 10 yrs!

The employee claims to me have ALWAYS been our hammer over the FDICK's head, so imho when yo see these claims settled and the PIERS paid(2018)what ever agreement that was made has either been fulfilled or it would be simultaneously with the announcement of those 2 events taking place....................

So between now and the end of 2018 we should see something happen here and take place to cause the resolve of this BK CASE and truly allow us to then AND ONLY THEN mover forward!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AIMHO

P.S.

ALSO along those lines it was done in SUCH a HURRY up that there were only 7 days notice given for the trial!

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM I would imagine that even our resident lawyers on here would confirm this to be VERY UNUSUAL to say the least
