That's what it looks like if you have not been watching it close. Notice the 11 fillings that came out this past year when nothing was filled for many years before. There last filling was done only like 3 months ago. I believe we will see another one here soon.
Why spend the money filling and bringing this company back to life from it being dead for so long if they were not going to do anything with it? That would make no sense. These mergers take longer then most are willing to wait. Add all that in with there super small shares structure and you have a monster play in the making here. Hold tight!
