I am not even sure how cresent construction got caught up in this law suit with tca. the law suit was not over the purchase agreement of cresent. It was over the revolving credit line that tca defaulted on by not providing the 5m revolving credit line that was agreed upon.
so from this i would have to believe until we hear something from the courts cresent is still in the hands of ihsi . If needed i can go get both agreements as they were separate agreements made by tca and ihsi.
