One would think, that if a company puts out information in an SEC filing, causing people to buy the stock, and they don't adhere to what is stated in the filing,

..that there would be consequences, but I've been burned so many times with this kinda stuff.

What we need is MORE chinese companies incorporated in Nevada please!!!

I see now the original SINC daily-list posting didn't mention fractional share round up either, (as per Buckey's first mention) so hmm. Don't know why they'd cancel the effective date, and repost it on Monday, unless it was a Finra goof, posting it a day too early.

I thought it might have been SINC pulling the posting because they are changing the fractional-share condition.

it'll probably have no bid after reverse split anyway lol.

OK - I see now - they have backdated the ex date. The stock barely traded so I am sure it impacts very few but a 1000 for 1 reverse split and the pps never changed.


HUMM last guy who did this was Nathan Drage who was the laywer for some stinky - Pretty sure he ended up in jail on something unrelated.

I misspoke. I thought they backdated it - They moved the ex date up one day to tomorrow
