I have to agree Manti... $NTL is the rare small OTC stock that has responsible ownership that understands the value of being profitable without incurring crippling debt.

Twenty cents is a good guesstimate of current PPS value and it could improve greatly with a PR detailing the nature of it's business as well as exponential growth projections.
