ACGX did go to .0013 in early august. Could reach that or higher when they finally release results of audit and Q3 financials. If they come out next week it should all be good news. If they're delayed it could go down to that .0003 you mentioned.
They have about 5 billion shares, since CEO has 4 mln shares each equals to 700 usual shares. He don't understand that retiring even half of them will increase the share price several times.
