Is it awesome they have 6 million in debt with some of it in fault?Is it awesome all the debt they are converting at .00005?Is it awesome they will continue to dilute and then reverse split?Im a shareholder but the truth is the truth.It will take 2-5 years plus a reverse split before any value comes here if at all.
Really sad to not let people know how bad those filings are.Far from awesome.Showed clearly all the dilution that is coming.And now the poor folks tricked into buying are losing big time.After conversion is done everybody who understands pennies know reverse split is coming.
