Why would discover growth fund pay 10,000 $ per stock and buy 85 preferred stocks at this time of game,only to be able to sell at 0.63$ each? to recover 50$ out of this deal? they could have printed 10-15 million stocks easily but instead printed only 85 stocks. and also ask if backstop failed why discover growth fund is still around?
