First time and probably the last time that I agree with ZZZZZZ. So the judge made a ruling but has not signed it yet but she has not revoked it either. So now two things happen: the employees appeal and the judge now discusses about paying the employee lawyers. So this is put on hold for a little bit and so what is big deal? We have missed the November distribution and the next one is Feb of next year. We have waited for 6 years or 10 years and so what difference do a few months make? It's gonna to happen unlike S4V.
