From the tdameritrade website if you login, go to client services...my profile...subscriptions, there you will find a couple of free subscriptions you can simply activate immediately. One of those is L2. Once enabled, you can find level II quotes on thinkorswim under Trade...Active trader. On the trader app it is next to the chart and news tab labeled "depth"
