Good afternoon Ted, yes I am sure that they started the process with the DEA to request a quota for the Oxycodone. If you remember from the conference call around the time of that approval Nasrat stated that they are going to try and find a partner that had capacity for CII products. This is the other hurdle for a small company as CII products have to be stored in a vault, which is a lot different than just a locked cage under quarantine. This is the only reason why I feel they are partnering the Percocet as I do not think they have the storage capacity at the facility now, for large amounts of finished product goods that are CII. My guess is Glenmark will snag this product as well since they have a nice portfolio of Oxycodone products currently. Like I said I think the approval came as a surprise, but a good surprise. The horizon for this company keeps getting brighter. Today was a good day and a great start to an earnings week and conference call next week.
