Shorting is always blamed for under performing POS companies failures instead of putting the blame where it belongs. On the company.

doesn't matter if shares are locked up if they are naked shorting...essentially adding millions of fake and fraudulent shares which in turn aids in driving the price down...you couple that with bid wacking...then finally dries up the volume and drops like a rock...fraud plain and simple...
