The issue with "waiting to see what happens" is that the script is written, there'll be no recovery of any sort for common shareholders once it is done. The notion that "shares will be cancelled" needs to be said by the monitor in their status report (or even by the judge at this point) when the process always leads to the company disappearing from the face of the earth (with the shares being cancelled) is a myth of epic OTC proportions. This company is going away, the shares will go away, it is simply a matter of time.
