Good points, AND I have a correction: Companies benefit GREATLY from all of us "idiots" throwing money at the stock. If they didn't benefit, then nobody would ever go public. The benefit to the company can be, and often is, massive. Let's not forget that nobody is doing this for their health or just for fun, and neither is the company. Otherwise, they wouldn't put up with the hassle.

It's not very logical to ask for sympathy towards a public company. Bummer if this deal has been rough on you, but as you know your efforts were self-imposed. Hopefully you can move on with things and get back to normal soon.

Angela, not really fair for you to say. Although I enjoy your post, I also remember that you were in the same boat as many are here now. You went as far as not only calling, but making arrangements to meet with him. I have left messages and have never got a call back from him or someone from the company to answer questions. The IR does need help in that regard. At this point, calling him would have no effect either way, I believe he will post the audits when they are ready, not when he is ready....

let me get this right...

1) we are suppose to feel bad because we are only passive investors in this company with our hard earned $$ at stake.

2) be being sympathetic to the company's CEO because not only can he not carve a pumpkin, he also can't seem to publish AFS

3) feel bad for you because your personal life is damaged beyond repair because you made the choice to make a connection with him and represent to this Board that no one has the understanding of how he works like you do.

Stop it.

If I call him at home, I promise you I will not ask for Angela if his wife answers.

Angela, reading all the board-posts from last (European)night I´ll thank you for your that one - and add what you certainly think and seemingly forgot: The A/Fs will come!

No, I disagree! You wrote:

"As I see it, the only people stressed out about seeing these AFs posted now are flippers and people who have over extended themselves hoping to make that $1,000,000 dream easy street deal."

That is not it at all. I have posted my shares and have posted the cash I have invested. I am long and I am transparent. But I still get flamed because people don't see my point ...

And that is, THEY (SLJB) are damaging THEMSELVES, and I think it's a shame. I wonder if THEY even understand this (!)

They are starting to slowly proceed down the slippery slope of a typical pinksheet stock - mis-statements in PR's, failure to deliver promised info, delays, silence, etc. Like I just posted, it's an infection. Why go there? It's avoidable, it really is, just release your AFs now ...

We don't need a 100% perfect AF statement, and neither does the market. C'mon Petar, have you never heard of a fit-for-purpose solution???

Sure, I want to make $$$ here, and I am annoyed. Let's be real, most of us SHOULD be annoyed if we are long and if we are proper custodians of our cash - because it is DEAD MONEY right now - and if this infection gets worse, it will be dead money for several more weeks ...

This situation is avoidable with a little business savvy on their part. They don't seem to have it lately - and it's a shame ...
