#2091 RE: canadaboybill #2089

Hey canadaboybill,

A few points that struck me in this earnings report and CC.

Their concern for copper pricing gave me the impression that copper was the important element and for the first time I felt they were possibly becoming more of a copper mining company.
I did not understand the whole emphasis on Q4 as if Q3 were a sacrifice to that end. What in the world would be the possible rational for that? With declines in production liked with possible declines in both Gold and copper pricing it struck me with some apprehension.
The elements such as reserve values also has had me wondering. I formally viewed increases in YD being announced as a positive yet if KN is not valued without permits what is the upside of increased reserve values for YD.
This CC left me for the very first time unsettled. I did not come away with the impression that an acquisition was eminent.
The last thing was the expenditures to bring KN this far. Expenditures for KS. Expenditures for YD. While it helps in regard to taxation it is not doing well for shareholders.

Thanks for painting some upsides. I am not negative on Northgate just trying to be realistic about our current issues.
