Selling shares for self-enrichment. That's the purpose of penny-scams like SWET.
They'll do whatever it takes to swindle investors.

More elaborate scams will actually have token products for sale and generate a bit of revenue. All "for show", but it tricks enough for them to make $$.

If I climbed to the top of the smokestack with a garden hose, I'd get a down draft from the friction of the water droplets hitting the air. Are we saying that's proof? That mechanism is not the same one SWET claims to be exploiting. I looked at the equipment this scam is using and the nozzles specified, will not produce a mist as SWET claims it needs. The nozzles are inappropriate for such a system.
