I have seen the company did that because they informed it in a shareholders letter. If they said it, and they sent a 2nd reminder then thats the shareholders fault. If you have a big position and didnt get enough notice time you can sue the company that you didnt get the 30 days notice.
You must prove that the company didnt give you a 30 day notice.
I got your message, i remember OCS* said they would do in back in 2016 -2017 and it was postpone... than they reiterate it again. I was there, it was a fair play. If you can prove this in court. Company would have to PAY the court fees and report it to whistle-blower located in Florida.
