I don't think prurisol is dead, just need to work out the funding issues between ipix and the cro. Probably a bit of back and forth going on. We'll be updated in the 10-Q.
As for the mfo, i was going to see if i could download the document dealing with the preferred shares on the Nevada sos site. 32 pages, but I'm thinking it would actually have the signed documents. Busy so haven't had the chance. Maybe tomorrow unless someone beats me to it.
