He doesn't need permission from VGID to sell products that his company owns. Yes it's publicly traded but he still owns more than half the shares. Yes I agree he needs to be more transparent and get financials audited to prove what he is saying but as far as selling a product HIS company owns isn't illegal. Nor is him saying we, the share holders would get a portion of Leaf of Faith and us not getting it yet.
Don't get me wrong here I am very irritated with how things are operated and losing hope here quickly but to say he deserves to be in jail and is fraud is all speculation at this point.
