There’s nothing illegal about hitting the ask before close. If it dropped more under the same circumstances would that be illegal also? If so everyone who buys last second is committing a crime?! Wow thanks for the tip!

I just want to state for the record that the last 2 trades of the day for 500 shares each were mine and no one else’s. So if you feel that I’ve acted outside the course of normal trading please amend your sec complaint and have them come speak with me. I have a list of lots I’ve bought-bigger and smaller than 500 shares and a lot of them at the close of the trading day. I’m right here for anyone who wants to address this.
