The only issue would be the spread after consolidation. This needs to do something else besides just consolidate(if you know what I mean). It gets more tempting down here, but I am still waiting. The short term lenders are running out of time currently...and may get trapped in the consolidation. Hard one to plan out...and it was so damn easy before the Nevada filing. Had it all figured out then....but now?...ha!
