There's nothing strange about it. It's been that way for several years. If you look at the 20F annual financial filings, you will see that the CEO owns the building, and Box Ships was paying big rent to lease from him (something in excess of $300-500K per year). In addition, if you do a deep dive on Allseas website, you'll note that 3 ships that were originally scheduled to be delivered to Box Ships in 2016: Box Express, Box Endeavor and Box Endurance are all proudly listed on the Allseas fleet manifest. Ironically, if you watch the pictures change right below the Allseas masthead on the website, you'll note the pictures are all of Box Ships original fleet. Bodoroglou ransacked not only Box Ships but also Paragon... To the detriment of both companies, he now has a personal, private fleet from which he is now enriching himself to the tune of millions of dollars on a fleet he probably owns almost free and clear... I know, the guy is a complete scumbag.
