First of all, SIAF doesn't have loans with collateral shares attached to it. Secondly, if they can settle debt for $3.41 per share, I'm all for it. And third, there is no dilution in TRW shares in such case. Complete rubbish.
Trip I assume that there are almost 50 million shares now and that the shares I receive in TRW is based on this. I have increased my stake in SIAF to almost 96,000 to more than compensate for the dilution during recent years.
