I was a buyer of HLTH yesterday About (.70-.71 AVG). stock is near 52 week lows., but I think this is turning into a very good seasonal trade here if they hit guidance the comps the next two quarters will look fantastic. They should show significant revenue growth. Keep in the mind the reasons why revenue didn't seem they were growing were for two reasons.
1) An accounting change in 2018 over 2017, and 2) They got rid of the lab testing revs, the good news there is it had no revs in q4 2018 last year and only 1.5 million in q3, they were at over 8 million in q2, hence the main reason why sales were off, is because they discontinued the low margin revenue from lab testing, but that has almost comped out at this point.
Keep in mind last year q3 and q4 were heavily impacted by the hurricanes, hence I expect to see significant revenue growth return for q3 and q4 and a decent amount of profitability to go along with it. I think the stock should be in the low to mid 1's after this, but time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
