He cannot, that is against the law. However, its obvious Jim didn't want this to go any lower and IMO they will be buying some today to ENSURE we move north from here.
madmax, I did not get a chance to ask him that but based on our previous meeting and my notes from last wednesday meeting I posted I would not be suprised to see them buying back anytime. Brent
