False, lvvv owns a minority stake in mojave and is the master distributer. At a minimum High Hampton bought them out with HH shares and provides over a million to expand. (lvvv is now integrated into High Hampton by owning mojave) and all of high Hamptons large scale grow operations and other marijuana businesses. High Hampton's Coachella operation is being built by Aurora's subsidiary who has built many state of the art grow operations, one being aurora sky.
